
	Community Services COMMUNITY SERVICES Welcome to Perth's Community Services Department. This department is comprised of Parks and Recreation, Community Development, and Heritage. The Department is lead by Shellee Evans, Director of Community Services Jim Niblock, the Sr. Superintendent of Parks and Facilities is responsible for the daily management and upkeep of all Town owned facilities including: Conlon Farm Recreation Complex Perth & District Community Centre Perth & District Indoor Pool Matheson House Museum Town Hall and Bandshell Stewart Park, Last Duel Park and Campground, Tay Basin, Daines Park, Scotts Park, Perthmore Park, and Morgan Park. The Aquatics Manager is Betsy Gelinas-McFarlane. Ms. Gelinas-McFarlane is responsible for the daily management of the Perth Pool staff and programs including: Aquafit Red Cross Swimming Lessons Therapeutic Classes The Heritage Manager is Karen Rennie. Ms. Rennie is responsible for: The Perth Museum Inge-Va LACAC Heritage Management Committee Administrative Support is provided by Karen Fox and Colleen Keeley.
